1. What should I do if I want to book a cleaner?
You can simply call us on 020 3507 0085 or fill in our book a cleaner form on the website.

 

2. What should I do if I cannot stay with the cleaner during cleaning?
You can give us a set of keys and we will give them to your domestic cleaner. For insurance we have a key form which has to be filled from your house cleaner and you. 90% of our customers are using this option. If you don't want to give us a set of keys, you can simply be at your place when the cleaner comes just to let them in and then when the housekeeper is finished, they will let themselves out and carefully close the front door.

 

3. What if I am not happy and satisfied of my cleaner?
You can let us know and in a short notice we will arrange a new one for you.

 

4.We have cleaners available 7 days of the week. We  usually make earlier appoitments at 7:30 am and latest appointments at 6pm.
