2. What should I do if I cannot stay with the cleaner during cleaning?
You can give us a set of keys and we will give them to your domestic cleaner. For insurance we have a key form which has to be filled from your house cleaner and you. 90% of our customers are using this option. If you don't want to give us a set of keys, you can simply be at your place when the cleaner comes just to let them in and then when the housekeeper is finished, they will let themselves out and carefully close the front door.
3. What if I am not happy and satisfied of my cleaner?
You can let us know and in a short notice we will arrange a new one for you.
We have cleaners available 7 days of the week. We usually make earlier appoitments at 7:30 am and latest appointments at 6pm.
For regular domestic cleaning and one off cleaning services, customers should provide the products for the cleaning. That way you can be sure that your home is cleaned and refreshed according to your taste. If you are not sure what kind of cleaning materials to get - don't worry, we can provide you with a list of everything that is needed to get the best result. For One Off cleaning service, we can provide you with cleaning materials (including vacuum cleaner and mop with a bucket) for an additional fee.
For End of Tenancy Cleaning Service we will provide all cleaning materials and equipment.
6. Which areas do you cover?
Our cleaning company offers weekly and fortnightly regular cleans. Upon cistomer request, we also can arrange a vist twice a week or daily. We can arange and monthly visit but we will not be able to engage the same cleaner each visit an th price will be as one off clean. You can see Our Services tab for more information.
8. What happens if my cleaner is ill or going to holiday?
We will arrange another cleaner while yours is not available to fill in.
